The Anna Frill Blouse sits off one shoulder and features oversized sleeves, loose body, brought in at the waist with soft elastic creating a frill effect. The sleeves can be pushed up, rolled or worn long as pictured. This style is designed to be oversized. The frill can also be tucked under creating a more cropped look if you prefer. Comfortable and easy to wear year round.
