Lumiére is minimal in design, letting the smooth lines of a torch stand tall. Acting as a beacon for scent. A platform for exploration. 

USE AS AN OIL BURNER

Usage:
Step 1. Place a tea-light candle in the base of the holder.

Step 2. Light it.
Step 3. Place the oil plate into the base of the holder.
Step 4. Slowly pour water into the oil burner until reach the eage of the plate.
Step 5. Dispense five to eight drops of your favourite oil into the water.
Step 6. Relax and enjoy the scent exploration.

Care:
Please don’t leave this oil burner unattended. When finished, ensure the candle is not burning. Allow the oil burner to cool completely. Gently use a clean and damp cloth to wipe the oil plate and dry when finished.

Safety:
When using, please ensure you place this oil burner on a flat, stable surface that can resist heat. Make sure it’s not near any flammable objects. Only use a standard-sized, unscented tea-light candle. Don’t leave unattended while in use.Your oil burner will become hot when in use. Avoid touching and allow to cool before handling.

USE AS A CRYSTAL DIFFUSER

Usage:
Step 1. Place the oil plate into the base of the holder.

Step 2. Take out the crystal stone from bag and place it into the oil plate.
Step 3. Dispense eight to ten drops of your favourite oil into the crystal stone.
Step 4. Relax and enjoy the scent exploration.

Care:
The scent will last about a week, please replenish oil frequently. Gently use a clean and damp cloth to wipe the oil plate and dry when finished. If change to a different oil, please wash and rinse the crystal gently.

Safety:
Please do not burn a tea-light candle underneath to heat the plate when you use it as a crystal diffuser. Please ensure you place this oil burner on a flat, stable surface.

  • Have a read of the garment description to get an understanding of the fabric and fit of each item

If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your package. The item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging.

We must receive the item back within 7 days (for all Australian orders) and 14 days (for all international orders). We encourage you to provide tracking if posting your purchase back as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.

Please note we do not cover postage for exchange or return - this is the customer's responsibility.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on altered items or custom orders.

We do not accept returns on beauty products, earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons.

IN STORE PURCHASES

We do not offer refunds for in store purchases so please consider your purchase carefully. If you wish to request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. Provided your item is unworn, in original packaging and you've provided proof of payment, an exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value is possible, otherwise a credit note will be issued which is valid for 6 months. 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for layby items. Layby cancellation will result in a forfeit of the deposit made.

We do not accept returns on beauty products, earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons.

JEWELLERY

 We do not offer returns or exchanges for pierced jewellery items.

Other jewellery items fall under our general returns policy.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty you must get in contact with us within 28 days of receiving the item.

We will inspect the item and at our discretion provide a repair, exchange or refund if we believe the item is faulty.

We will not accept claims on faulty items if there has been an attempted repair by the customer.
