We reserve the right to deny a return if it does not meet our returns policy.

 ONLINE REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We aim to take a lot of care in ensuring you are happy with your purchase. We do recognise the risks of purchasing items online so we have a few tips to help with your selection -

  • Ensure you have checked our sizing chart to help determine your size
  • Have a read of the garment description to get an understanding of the fabric and fit of each item
  • If you have any questions we encourage you to get in touch with us before purchasing at store@beforemarch.com

If you would like to return or exchange your item(s) you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your package. The item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and in original packaging.

We kindly ask that you do not contact us on social media regarding return or exchange enquiries.

We must receive the item back within 7 days (for all Australian orders) and 14 days (for all international orders). We encourage you to provide tracking if posting your purchase back as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels.

Please note we do not cover postage for exchange or return - this is the customer's responsibility.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

We also do not offer refunds or exchanges on altered items or custom orders.

We do not accept returns on beauty products, earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons.

IN STORE PURCHASES

We do not offer refunds for in store purchases.

Please consider your purchase carefully. In line with official ACCC guidelines, we are not obligated to offer an exchange for change of mind. However, if you contact us via telephone or email within 7 days of purchase, we are happy to provide an exchange for an item or items of equal or greater value. Otherwise a credit note will be issued which is valid for 6 months. Provided your item is unworn, in original packaging and you've provided proof of payment.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for layby items. Layby cancellation will result in a forfeit of the deposit made.

We do not accept returns on beauty products, earrings and underwear for hygiene reasons.

JEWELLERY

We do not offer returns or exchanges for pierced jewellery items.

Other jewellery items fall under our general returns policy.

FAULTY ITEMS

If you believe your item is faulty you must get in contact with us within 28 days of receiving the item.

We will inspect the item and at our discretion provide a repair or exchange. 

We will not accept claims on faulty items if there has been an attempted repair by the customer.
